Lovely review of DEATH IN CORNWALL from reviewer Kitty "Kat" McIntosh, writer and reviewer living on the gorgeous West Coast of Scotland.
Many thanks for the kind words, Kitty, and happy new year wishes.

Safety first. We'll order carryout from the restaurant where we'd planned to dine in person.
Tired of this as everyone is, but needs must. Sorry for the restaurants but as sorry for the healthcare workers like my niece who are stretched to the limit. So happy to announce that DEATH IN CORNWALL is now available in US stores as well as UK (and online). My next book will have a one-time pub date of early July, which will be much easier to tell you about. Thanks to all of you who bought the book for Christmas - I am really pleased by the numbers coming in and I do thank you.
Here's the ad from my social media campaign for DEATH IN CORNWALL. The hardback is already available in the UK and will appear in the US January 4 2022.
In case you find this staggered distribution confusing, my publisher has listened and my next book, first in brand new series AUGUSTA HAWKE, will appear all at once in early July 2022. Thanks to you all, especially those who take the time to write and tell me you enjoy the St. Just stories. It is very much appreciated. This is the sort of scene I plan to incorporate in future books or stories about Augusta Hawke - an annual holiday celebration to kick off the Christmas festivities. For crime writer Augusta, slowly emerging from widowhood, the celebrations hold the promise of a brighter future. And may that hold true for all of you who see this post. The first photo is of the Old Dominion Boat Club. Definitely the scene of a future (fictional) murder. |
