The eighth Max Tudor mystery, THE WASHING AWAY OF WRONGS, will have a map of the setting, which is St. Luke's College, Oxford.
St. Luke's is Max's old college, and he is called in by his bishop and the principal to investigate the possible murder of the college chaplain. More to come on that map. It is drawn by Rhys Davies and it's another beauty. The book will publish in September 2023. https://www.rhysspieces.com I spent an inordinate amount of time watching coverage of the #Murdaugh trial. I was doing taxes simultaneously so I told myself so much screen time was justified. But in the end, after the guilty verdict, I have two questions remaining. What happened to the two guns, and to the DNA evidence found under Maggie's nails? They couldn't find a match for the DNA but I don't know who and how many they tested.
Either way, look for a cottage industry of new #books on the subject. It's not over yet. He probably did it but there are these unexplored avenues. The guns, especially. |
