I'm wondering if other authors are suffering because of supply chain issues. The hardback edition of DEATH IN CORNWALL is held up for US distribution despite everyone's best efforts to bring it out.
Amazon is currently selling not the hardback but the LARGE PRINT version of my DiC, which won't be out until August anyway. Please do NOT order this by mistake. I am told the regular hardback version will be available in early February. I'll believe that when I see it. Thanks as always to those of you still waiting patiently for this book. The eBook is readily available but I realize not everyone is into downloading. DEATH IN CORNWALL, the 4th DCI St Just traditional mystery, will be available in audio from Dreamscape on January 18.
Thanks to all you lovely people who pre-ordered the book, Amazon is temporarily out of stock with DEATH IN CORNWALL after only two days. Those of you who are waiting patiently for your copy to arrive from an outside vendor, thank you. Everyone else, I'd advise you to wait until the Amazon warehouse is full again. I'll post a notice here when I know that has happened.
Meanwhile, there's always the eBook version, but I know people sometimes want the hardback and ONLY the hardback. Everything is being blamed on the supply chain these days and I suppose this is a related issue. My apologies, so much in this industry I can't control, I can only keep writing the books and hope for the best. Thanks again. Interview at the Cozy Corner podcast with Dr. Alexia Gordon about DCI St. Just and Max Tudor:

It's actually been in US shops for awhile and in the UK since October. https://drusbookmusing.com/2022/01/03/arthur-st-just/
Write three full-length books between now and December 31, 2022.
That's it! Oh, and the usual "Everything in moderation, including moderation." Have a good 2022, everyone. |
